This checklist helps brands, distributors and buyers prepare a useful factory inquiry before requesting custom keyboards, custom keycaps, OEM/ODM production, samples or packaging.

1. Project basics

2. Keycap requirements

• Which material/process fits my price and quality target?
• What files are needed for artwork, legends, packaging and production?
